With less than 3 weeks to go until we fly out, Shu is concentrating on speed work. She is riding a TREK concept 7 series time trial bike, kindly loaned to her for the duration of the race by Trek at Milton Keynes.
Meanwhile, Trevor, her Trek Madone 5.2 has just been fitted with new headset bearings and press fit bottom bracket bearings for an ultra smooth ride.
